Building Renovation Updates

We've been anxious to update our clients and colleagues on the progress we're making at our new office location. One thing that we're committed to is keeping a low cost structure so that we can maintain one of the key tenets to the firm's approach – which is to carve out fair and equitable compensation for our attorneys while keeping billable rates reasonable for our clients. Solid legal competence doesn't need to be associated with high overhead costs. The new building location is cost-effective for us and easy to get to for clients. It also offers visibility – something else we were after.
This week we put a wrap on the upstairs attorney offices – painting, flooring, and cleaning were accomplished. Last week, the great team from LT Land & Tree scaled back the trees and shrubs that had grown up and were covering our signs. Some of the beautiful trees on our lot also got a hair cut – like the giant Sycamore on the South-west corner of the building itself. Such a beautiful tree deserves a healthy haircut once in a while. Now that the trees are trimmed, it's time to change the signage. Look for an update on that in the near future! !
ALG has moved to a new Office!

ALG now occupies the old Mid Penn Bank Retail Branch located at 4098 Derry Street. Centrally located in Harrisburg and just minutes from the turnpike, Harrisburg International Airport, and downtown Harrisburg, 4098 Derry Street is easily accessible from the Capital Beltway. Our clients enjoy both an easy commute and free parking. Look for renovations and signage updates along the Harrisburg skyline in the near future!
ALG Applauds CJ's Tire & Automotive Services, Inc For Its Long-term Commitment to Community Service

The Artell Law Group takes pride in its affiliation with the successful business' it represents. All of our clients are hardworking, hard charging, down to Earth and just downright smart business people. Sometimes we take note of their actions and attempt to emulate them by adopting their logic in our firm – and sometimes the things they do impress us beyond normal. CJ's Tire & Automotive Services, Inc has repeatedly caught our eye with their commitment to community support and service. Using only a few recent examples, we would like to recognize their efforts. Pictured here is CJ's name immortalized on the wall at the Jefferson Breast Care Center in a ribbon cutting ceremony held October 11, 2011.
In another recent example, this past November, CJs received the Jeremy Carroll Foundation award for excellence in support from the Muscular Dystrophy Association in Berks County.
SSLLC Vantage Point World Championship

Artell Law Group is proud to congratulate their client Schengrund Stables, LLC "SSLLC" on winning their first World Championship this past October with their home-bred star SSLLC Vantage Point.
SSLLC is a Morgan horse breeding operation located just outside of Hershey, Pennsylvania. The farm's show horses are under the direction of Luman Wadhams Stable of Warren, Vermont, the state which happens to be the origin of the Morgan breed. Ovarian Cancer Walk

CJ's has provided quality tire and automotive services to Pennsylvania residents since 1971. CJ's locations are already in Birdsboro, Coventry, Kimberton, Leesport, Limerick, Lititz, Mechanicsburg, New Holland, Orwigsburg, West Chester and West Lawn. The Artell Law Group welcomes Colleen Artell, CPA, as Chief Financial Officer and as a liaison for our work on Pennsylvania tax matters. A member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Colleen was previously responsible for the oversight of the accounting and finance operations of a multi-million dollar entity for many years. Formerly the firm's IT Intern, Dustin signed on as a full-time Information Technologies Specialist on March 1, 2011. The firm is delighted to have Dustin as a permanent member of its team (and not just because he is now always on hand to fix computer issues!). New Office Space

The Artell Law Group started off 2011 by moving to a new office! The firm is now located at 651 East Park Drive, Suite 108, Harrisburg, PA. The entire team is enjoying the new space, and is utlizing all the new improvments to continue to bring quality service to all our clients.
